Republic Day of Türkiye, 29 October: free greeting cards for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
Free, logo-free 29 October greeting cards with Atatürk portraits for the Republic of Türkiye's 103rd anniversary, sized for Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.

Tomorrow the Republic of Türkiye turns 103. On 29 October phones fill up with greetings, but the same blurry images get forwarded again and again, or a good one comes with a company logo in the corner. This year our team made three designs. They are free, carry no logo and are ready to download and share.
Why 29 October matters
On 29 October 1923 the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye amended the constitution of 1921 and proclaimed the Republic. The same day Mustafa Kemal Pasha was elected the first President of the Republic. Since then 29 October has been celebrated as Republic Day. The holiday begins on the afternoon of 28 October and 29 October is a public holiday.
One of the designs quotes “Ne mutlu Türküm diyene!” (“How happy is the one who says I am a Turk”). It is the closing line of the Tenth Anniversary Speech Atatürk gave on 29 October 1933.

The cards are in Turkish, as they are meant for sharing in Türkiye. Each design comes in two sizes: square (1080×1080) for posts and chats, and vertical (1080×1920) for stories and WhatsApp status. Click an image to download the full-size file.
1. Red
Atatürk in his kalpak on the red of the Turkish flag, with a large “29 Ekim”.

2. Night
A 1930 portrait of Atatürk on a dark background, a large “103” and the line from the Tenth Anniversary Speech.

3. Flag

How to share them
- WhatsApp status: download the vertical card and add it under Status › Photo. Send the square card straight into chats.
- Instagram: use the square card for a post and the vertical one for a story. We kept the top and bottom edges of the story cards clear, so the app’s buttons do not cover the text.
- Facebook: the square card shows uncropped in the feed and in shares. Use the vertical card for a Facebook story.
On a phone, press and hold the image and choose Save or Download. The files are JPGs of 150–320 KB each, so they download quickly on mobile data too.
Seasonal designs for your own brand
We left these cards without a logo so anyone can use them. If you want holiday and special-day designs in your own brand for your company accounts, our brand identity and graphic design team can prepare a template set you can use all year. If you would rather hand over the posting calendar and content production too, see our social media management service.
Conclusion
29 October is one of the days everyone in Türkiye celebrates together. Use the cards however you like and share them with your family, friends and followers. If you find them useful, share the link to this page so others can get them for free too.
