This notice is provided by Twinlike (“Twinlike”, “we”) as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who visit twinlikee.com or contact us about how their personal data is processed.

- Complying with legal obligations and informing authorised bodies.
4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection
Personal data is collected electronically through the contact form, e-mail and the website. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or necessary for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent. Non-essential cookies are only used with your consent.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, personal data may be transferred to the providers we use for services such as e-mail, hosting and form infrastructure, and to legally authorised public bodies, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Some of our service providers may have servers outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer is carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by applicable law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
